If the value of the order drops below the free shipping amount, due to the return, the usual shipping costs (€5 AT / CHF16 CH / 15€ EU/ 18£ UK) will be deducted from the refund.

MIINA covers the customs charges and taxes for all deliveries dispatched to customers in the EU, as well as Switzerland, and the UK, which means there are no additional fees for delivery to these countries.
