One way we can collectively reduce our carbon footprint and waste is by processing fewer returns, which is why we've chosen not to offer free returns. Instead, we aim to help you find pieces that you'll truly love. If you have any questions about our jewelry, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.

Together with our community, we aspire to encourage more responsible purchasing decisions. We are not perfect, but we are dedicated to making better choices that lessen our environmental and social impact, and we have already made strides in the right direction. With your support, we can continue to promote responsible consumption, and we hope you see your MIINA purchases as cherished items to keep and care for.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. The jewelry must be in new, unworn condition. We ask you to please use the original packaging for the return and to enclose the boxes and pouches undamaged.

Please put the delivery note back in your returns package. If you no longer have this, you can simply add a handwritten note with the order number and your name clearly stated. This will help us to allocate your return correctly. Please also make sure that a sender is specified on your return package.

  • STEP 01: Prepare the return

    Check that the products are intact and in their original packaging (the products must be unused, intact, clean) and include all the documentation and possible accessories received with the order.
