Once the return process has been started, we’ll send you a prepaid return label via email.


Please make sure:


Items are in new, unworn condition

You return everything in the original packaging (including boxes and pouches)

You include your delivery note or a handwritten note with your name and order number



Ensure your name and address are visible on the outside of the package to help us process the return quickly.

HOW TO RETURN

Visit our Return Portal to start your request. You’ll receive a prepaid return label via email. Pack the item in its original condition and packaging, including the box and pouch.

Attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest return point.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within a few days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as it’s done.
